Recommended browser add-ons
Among the add-ons, we especially recommend uBlock Origin and HTTPS Everywhere. The uBlock Origin add-on will protect you from unwanted and potentially dangerous ads, and HTTPS Everywhere will ensure encrypted communication with websites. If you want to improve your privacy protection, we also recommend using Cookie AutoDelete. Cookie AutoDelete deletes cookie data, which often also contains various sensitive data, after closing the browser.
uBlock Origin
Blocks ads and leaves only the desired content on the pages. Ads can be dangerous because, in addition to annoying the user with unwanted content, they often lead to visiting potentially dangerous sites.
Cookie Guardian
Cookies record your activity on the Internet (the sites you visit, some of the data you have filled in the forms on these sites) and can also be used for authentication - when a site has your cookie, it will not ask for your name and password again, but will automatically log you in.
Many cookies are unnecessary and are only used to track your activity. The Cookie Guardian add-on deletes some unnecessary cookies.
