aspect in the current era of digital communication and information technologies.<br \/>This right is enshrined in various legislative documents, such as Article 8 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the European Union and Article 19 of the Constitution of the Slovak Republic.<br \/><br \/><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-e345769 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\" data-id=\"e345769\" data-element_type=\"container\" data-e-type=\"container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"e-con-inner\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-1c60102 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"1c60102\" data-element_type=\"widget\" #0c3a76;\">Article 8 of the Charter of Fundamental Rights of the EU<\/span><br \/><\/strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">Everyone has the right to the protection of personal data concerning him or her.<br \/><\/span>Such data must be processed fairly for specified purposes and on the basis of the consent of the\nperson concerned or some other legitimate basis laid down by law. Everyone has the right of access to\ndata which has been collected concerning him or her, and the right to have it rectified. Protection is also not granted to the personal data of deceased persons.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>Article 4(1) GDPR: \u201cpersonal data means any data relating to an identified or identifiable natural person\u201d<\/p><p>We distinguish:<\/p><ul><li><span style=\"color: #0c3a76;\"><strong>identified person<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 we can clearly determine who it is based on certain data;<\/li><li><span style=\"color: #0c3a76;\"><strong>identifiable person<\/strong><\/span> \u2013 a person who can be identified, directly or indirectly, in particular by reference to an identifier such as a name, an identification number, location data, an online identifier or to one or more factors specific to the physical, physiological, genetic, mental, economic, cultural or social identity of that natural person;<\/li><\/ul>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-34c7c47 e-flex <\/li><li>political opinions, <\/li><li>religious or philosophical beliefs or trade union membership,<\/li><li>processing of genetic data, <\/li><li>biometric data for the individual identification of a natural person, <\/li><li>health-related data.<\/li><\/ul><p>Example 1: when processing fingerprints (biometric data) in connection with logging into the \"ISKO\" information system, the company did not meet at least one of the conditions for processing special categories of personal data specifically enumerated in Art. 9, para. 2 GDPR (commercial company, fine \u20ac1,700)<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-c623a15 e-flex e-con-boxed e-con e-parent\"
